Vacation/Paid Time Off

  • Paid time off (PTO) is provided to full- and part-time employees.

  • Accrual rates are derived based upon the length of service at Rossi Group and previous job-related relevant experience. We give advantageous credit for educational background, years of relevant experience, or professional licenses/certifications.

401(k) and Profit-Sharing Plan

  • Full- and part-time employees (over the age of 21) are eligible.

  • Our 401(k) plan provides employees with an additional opportunity to save for their retirement by allowing them to elect contributions from their pay on a pre-tax and/or after-tax basis.

  • We contribute 3% to eligible employees.

  • We have a Profit Sharing Plan and determine contributions on an annual basis.

Comprehensive Group Health Plan Insurance 

  • We offer a company-sponsored health insurance plan for full-time employees and their dependents, covering a significant portion of the health care costs. 

Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance

  • We offer company-paid life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for all full-time employees. 

  • Supplemental life and AD&D insurance is also available for employees and their dependents. The employee is responsible for the cost of any supplemental insurance.

  • We offer company-paid short-term disability and long-term disability insurance for all full-time employees.
