Performance & Merit Increases

  • Rossi reviews performance and consistently rewards our employees based upon merit and performance. 

Vacation/Paid Time Off

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) is provided to Full Time employees and sick leave is provided to Part-Time employees in accordance with State laws.

  • Accrual rates are derived based upon the length of service at Rossi and previous job-related relevant experience. Rossi gives advantageous credit for educational background, years of relevant experience, or professional licenses/certifications.

401(k) and Profit-Sharing Plan

  • Full and part-time employees (over the age of 21) are eligible.

  • Rossi’s 401(k) plan provides employees with an additional opportunity to save for their retirement by allowing them to elect contributions from their pay on a pre-tax basis.

  • Rossi matches participant's compensation up to 4%. 

  • Rossi has a Profit Sharing Plan and determines contributions on an annual basis.

Comprehensive Group Medial Plan Insurance 

  • Rossi is offering a company sponsored health insurance plan.

  • Full Time employees and their dependents are eligible to enroll.
