Rossi Group is providing on-site program assistance to the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) for the Transportation Alternative Program (TAP), Transportation Enhancement Program (TE), Safe Routes to School Program (SRTS), and Scenic Byways and Recreational Trails Programs.

 

Our staff guides projects through the MDOT SHA internal program process to ensure compliance with required Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and MDOT SHA procedures, ensuring projects and activities are program eligible from initiation through implementation.
